Music and Arts Village – 3rd edition

Gen Rosso has just concluded the 3rd edition of GEN ROSSO Music and Arts Village - an experience of artistic deepening and sharing of values in the light of the charism of unity.
In this edition the project involved 22 young professionals and students of disciplines such as music, song and theater-dance, and audio/visual production.
“In the Village, young people not only receive theoretical lessons, but we try to make them live an experience. We lead them to interact with each other because in building a show, they can discover and become aware of the common good, the desire for happiness and unity that is in each of them. All this transforms the way we look at life, at ourselves, and at others who are no longer uncomfortable opponents but traveling companions. This method does not have a particular label: it can be understood by all cultures and religions. We could call it universal.”- says one of the Gen Rosso members.
In the workshops, the participants prepared, together with the Gen Rosso tutors, an “ad hoc” version of our LIFE concert, an interesting novelty of this edition of the Village, held between December 27, 2019 and January 5, 2020.

Il Gen Rosso ha appena concluso la 3° edizione del GEN ROSSO Music and Arts Village – un’esperienza di approfondimento artistico e di condivisione di valori alla luce del carisma dell’unità. In questa edizione il progetto ha coinvolto 22 giovani professionisti e studenti di discipline quali: musica, canto e teatro-danza, tecnica audio e produzione.
“Nel Village, i giovani non ricevono solamente delle lezioni teoriche, ma cerchiamo di far vivere loro un’esperienza. Conduciamoli a interagire tra loro perché nella costruzione di uno spettacolo, possano scoprire e diventare consapevoli del bene, del desiderio di felicità e di unità che c’è in ciascuno di loro. Tutto ciò trasforma il modo di guardare la vita, se stessi, gli altri che non sono più scomodi avversari ma compagni di viaggio. Questo modo non ha un’etichetta particolare: è comprensibile da tutte le culture e le religioni. È potremmo dire universale.” – dice uno del Gen Rosso.
Nei laboratori i partecipanti hanno preparato, assieme ai tutor del Gen Rosso, una versione “ad hoc” del nostro concerto LIFE, un’interessante novità di questa edizione del Village, svoltasi nei giorni tra il 27 dicembre 2019 e il 5 gennaio 2020.
